The World Gaming Expo is coming to the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco from December 4th to 6th. This salon will welcome gaming professionals from around the world to represent their innovative solutions for the future of the industry.
The purpose of the World Game Expo is to regroup gaming machine manufacturers, equipment producers, casino representatives, regulators and software developers under one roof. The Expo is meant to serve as a hub for breeding new professional connections through workshops, presentations and sharing the latest news with concerned entities from around the world.
Monaco and gaming
As the Principality of Monaco has a reputation for being one of the world’s premier luxury destinations, it is the ideal site for hosting this dynamic event. In close proximity to the prestigious Monte Carlo Casino, an integral part of the city’s identity, the second edition of the World Gaming Expo promises to be even more fruitful than the first.
Taking the lead
As the gaming industry grows into emerging markets like that of Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe, the WGE offers to help businesses remain abreast of the newest players and action. These are the ambitions and aspirations of the Expo’s founder, Monegasque entrepreneur Igor Gamba. After having spent over 10 years in the media and communication sector, in 2015 he recognized an opportunity to create a specialized gaming salon in Monaco. It is the first salon of its kind on the Mediterranean coast, and perhaps in all of Europe. It is clear that Mr. Gamba plans on making it the European conference of reference in the gaming sector.
Like with any major conference, the key to gaining the right exposure is through strategic partnerships. 2018 edition
The 2018 program has yet to be released, but the prior year’s conferences provide an idea of what we might come to expect. The 2017 edition’s conferences featured panels on the “Gaming Industry Marketing in a Digital World,” how blockchain technology will play a future role in gaming security, and a handful of individual presentations from industry experts.
