Didier Deschamps to attend the Christmas of the Friends of Lebanon in Monaco

The association Friends of Lebanon in Monaco will celebrate Christmas with children on December 19th, from 4 pm to 6 pm at Monte-Carlo Bay.

Patron of the association, the double world champion of football, Didier Deschamps, will share the star with Santa Claus. On the program: distribution of gifts, signing session, afternoon tea and play and sports activities.

“To pay tribute to the feat of Didier Deschamps and his team in this year 2018, the children of Monaco and the surrounding area will have the chance to participate and spend time with the champion of the world and the heart, especially that during the last ten years, its support for our association and for our actions has been unwavering,” says Bouan Hallani, president of the association.

At 8:30 pm, a Christmas dinner will be held in the Columbia lounge of Monte-Carlo Bay with the program, a piano recital by the young Monegasque Stella Almondo (12 years), who will play for the first time in the Principality since his success in the competition Young Chopin this fall.

Jeff LM, the DJ / producer and resident on Radio FG, will host the evening with magician Julien Manry and freestyler football Hak. Lebanese journalist Lama Lawand will present the actions and projects of the association created in 2002 and whose primary goal is to help children.

A fundraising and an auction (including jerseys autographed by the French football team) will be put in place during the evening. The association hopes to be able to finance its new projects for 2019, which include the school and sports development of Lebanese children and the region (tutoring, football courses), to offer children an education combining the well-being of the body and mind.
