Several officials demonstrated Tuesday at midday to denounce a “trade union” in the country and to defend the status of staff delegate. After a movement on 29th November, the Union des Syndicats called again for action on Tuesday at midday. And there were a hundred or so representatives of the USM and union leaders of the federation to meet in Monte Carlo to express their dissatisfaction.
“We are here to protest the trade union obstruction and threats faced by some staff delegates in the Principality,” says Christophe Glasser, General Secretary of the Union of Monaco Trade Unions.

It is therefore under the windows of the management of the CAM that the demonstrators on Tuesday afternoon have expressed their willingness to defend the status of staff representative, announcing support from the global union federation in their approach.
“This is only a step, and I hope the movement will grow, ” said Olivier Cardot, Deputy Secretary General at the microphone.
Regarding the social conflict within the CAM, an agreement could be reached by the end of this week.
