Wherever the Cirque du Soleil goes, excitement follows. The public is treated to an event of grace, fantasy, and wonderment. To the immense pleasure of the circus’ dedicated fans, it is arriving in Monaco for shows from August 15th to 19th.
The world-renowned Cirque du Soleil is now in its 35th year of existence since its creation in Baie-Saint-Paul in Quebec by two circus artists, Guy Laliberté and Daniel Gauthier, who decided to present their public with a new vision of the circus with more focus on artistry and performance rather than animals, and one that highlights unique acrobatics. The success has only grown and since then, and there are currently ten shows that rotate around the world, engaging more than 1,300 artists. Each time, Cirque du Soleil is sold out. It goes without saying that their arrival in Monaco this summer is eagerly awaited!
An exclusive acro-culinary show
Cirque du Soleil has just presented its new show Bôcca at the Salle des Etoiles as part of the Monte-Carlo Sporting Summer Festival. Five event dates, from August 15th to 19th starting at 8:30 pm, which will carry the banner of acrobatic delights, of course, as well as gastronomic ones. For this exceptional and unique show, it is a mixture of high-flying and good-natured fun that will await the spectators: while the acrobats will dazzle the public with their perilous performances, a brigade of chefs will prepare exquisite little dishes for all to savor. The background will be a medley of jazz and funk melodies, to keep the audience grooving. We can expect a unique show to elicit all the senses!
