This year, gourmets are being spoiled for choice in preparation for Christmas: Café Pierre Hermé has just opened its doors at the Métropole Shopping Center. A delectable menu that incorporates the well-known pastry chef’s creation and the proposals of several teas and coffees whose development has been particularly careful.

Pastry lovers will have something to celebrate over the holidays: Pierre Hermé, a former best pastry chef in the world and new President of the World Pastry Cup has just opened a new space at the Métropole Shopping Center. The space is enough to make for particularly appetizing breaks during Christmas gift shopping! Just a few months after the opening of the Komo restaurant with Laurent Kostenbaum in the Condamine district, the chef chose to continue the Monegasque adventure on a sweet note with the Café Pierre Hermé.

Coffees as tasty as desserts

On the menu, the pastries that have built the chef’s reputation such as macaroons and pies, a savory slice with some very special attention paid to the coffees and teas on offer. Motivated to offer drinks to match the quality of his cakes, Pierre Hermé sought to create a menu with the audacity and flavor of that of his desserts: cappuccino, mocha, Macaron Ispahan smoothie, chocolate Viennese… And for those who wish to enjoy the pleasure of coffee without the disadvantages of caffeine: decaffeinated coffee with water! Barista know-how as precious and precise as that of cooks or pastry chefs. Located on level 1 of the shopping center, the specialties of Café Pierre Hermé are just waiting for you.
