Shibuya Productions presents new video game Twin Mirror
Monaco’s own entertainment production company, specialising in video games and animation, has unveiled the teaser for its next game Twin Mirror.
Shibuya Productions showcased the first images of its next video game at the PC Gaming Show on June 13th. “Twin Mirror is a psychological thriller, a game verging on blockbuster in terms of investment and graphics,” Cédric Biscay, president and founder of Shibuya Productions, told Monaco Info.
Psychological thriller
The game focuses on the story of Sam Higgs, a former investigative journalist who returns to his hometown after the death of his best friend. Soon, he realises that the town of Basswood and its residents are harbouring some dark secrets. He tasks himself with lifting the lid on these mysteries thanks to his powers of deduction.
Twin Mirror is a first for Shibuya Productions as it is a 100% narrative game. It was developed in partnership with Dontnod Entertainment (creators of the series “Life is Strange”), an independent French studio specialised in the narrative game world. Fans will still have to wait, as Twin Mirror will only be released at the end of 2020 on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
