Monto-Carlo Festival of Stars: three dream chef duos on the menu

As announced in May by Monto-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, The Festival of Stars continues its ascension this autumn. There’s a mouth-watering menu in store, with three sumptuous dinners by prestigious chefs and a gala closing event…

Each of the Monte-Carlo Festival of Stars events is more exciting as the next. On 9 September, the Elsa restaurant will host an event involving two great female chefs, Manon Fleury and Italy’s Antonia Klugmann. The gastronomic adventure continues on 15 October at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo, when Alain Ducasse teams up with Michel Guérard.

A flamboyant finale

The third feast will take place on 3 November at Mirazur (voted best restaurant in the world in 2019), where chef Maura Colagreco will join forces with Marcel Ravin. The duo will ‘be back for seconds’ on 5 November, this time at the Blue Bay. After all these culinary delights, the Festival of Stars will finish with a flourish on 27 November, with a gala evening at the Casino de Monte-Carlo. Chefs Manon Fleury, Marcel Ravin, Franck Cerutti, Dominique Lory and Yannick Alléno will work hand in hand to create a magnificent 6-course menu. The musical entertainment will be provided by the singer Nicole Magolie and a quartet.
