The group owns the Billionaire, Twiga, Cipriani, Cova and Crazy Pizza brands.

50% owned by Flavio Briatore and Francesco Costa, the Majestas group is doing well. In 2022, its turnover was €80 million, with €24.9 million generated by Billionaire and €23.5 million by Twiga. These are fine results, which should continue this year or even improve. The two entrepreneurs are counting on a turnover of €100 million in 2023.

As well as owning the Billionaire, Twiga and Crazy Pizza brands, the group is a licensee of the Cipriani and Cova brands. In a press release dated 20 June, the group stated that “2022 was a year of investment, and the opening of ten premises,” mentioning that the group is a leader in the restaurant, hotel and luxury events sectors.

“We now want to continue this growth in a particularly strong phase for the sector by considering new international partnerships,” Flavio Briatore told Forbes Italia. “Our strength lies in the dedication of all our employees, and I can’t thank them enough.”

Majestas plans to continue its expansion in the world’s most fashionable capitals. It currently operates in six countries, with 20 restaurants in Europe, the UK and the Middle East, employing 1,100 people. As a reminder, the Billionaire brand is coming to Monaco this summer, with an original concept of cabaret evenings in partnership with the Société des Bains de Mer. Around twenty shows are scheduled from 31 July at the Sporting Monte-Carlo.
