This is a fully equipped gym. From Monday to Friday, it is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. During opening hours, group classes are available. There are three trainers, Cassandra, John and Nathalie, offering both group and individual sessions. The three coaches assist members or visiting athletes. Members may attend as many sessions as they like. They can also opt for an “unlimited” monthly or annual class subscription.
