The law firm was founded in 1985 by Bernard Bensa and Jöelle Pastor-Bensa.
They excel in private, public, criminal and international law and are also competent in mediation. Moreover, Mr Bernard BENSA spoke at the sixth International Conference on Judicial Mediation, organised by GEMME (European Grouping of Magistrates for Mediation), which was held in Nice from 1 to 4 July 2015.
