A gym in Monaco city, it is located on the Port of Monaco and next to the Rainier III Nautical Stadium. Since 17 April 2018, it has been open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

This means staff are well-qualified and offer unique coaching guidance. In addition, members have the possibility to opt for individual coaching, fitness classes (included in the different membership packages), spinning, aquabike and aquagym classes.
Although the gym accepts all athletes, regardless of their level, a valid medical certificate proving you are fit and healthy enough to use the gym equipment adn aquatic facilities, must be provided. You can register online or by downloading the HEITZ FIT 3.0 application.
