The Michelangelo Monaco has been run by its illustrious owner Arturo for many years. The menu has been awarded the Maître Restaurateur label and offers dishes that delight customer’s taste buds thanks to the fresh vegetables which take centre stage. There are of course pizzas, but also Monégasque specialities such as barbajuan. All the fish is wild and the meat is certified Angus or Limousin.
