The Monegasque Cycling Federation (or MCF) was created in 1985. It is a member of the International Cycling Union, the European Cycling Union, the Union Francophone de Cyclisme and the National Olympic Committee. Its President is Umberto Langellotti and its objectives are:
- To represent the Monégasque cycling sport within the International Cycling Union, as well as in various official international competitions.
- To govern the sport of cycling on Monégasque territory, to group together, direct and coordinate the activities of sports groups practising cycling.
- Organise international competitions in accordance with the regulations put in place by the International Cycling Union.
- To develop and promote all types of cycling in whichever ways possible.
