MonaMove is an outdoor gym offering free access to sports equipment. The outdoor training station and online workouts were all designed by former international rugby player Sébastien Chabal. Athletes and novices are able to enjoy a truly connected sporting experience. MonaMove is a new way to exercise. The Principality has two fitness stations, connected to a smartphone app, located on the new sea wall at Port Hercule and in Fontvieille Moreover, the app allows you to find the nearest station, then remotely view the equipment and exercises available, as well as the weather on site (thanks to temperature, humidity and air quality sensors).
The MonaMove project lies at the heart of the Extended Monaco smart city programme. It uses digital technology to support sport for wellbeing in the Principality,
