Three young women vacationing in Paris find themselves whisked away to Monte Carlo after one of the girls is mistaken for a British heiress.
After saving up for four years of high school, she finally has enough money to take the trip of her dreams to Paris with her friend Emma, whom she met at work. Believing that Emma is not a responsible young lady, Grace’s mother asks her stepdaughter, Grace’s half-sister Meg, to accompany them. Despite a strained relationship with them, Meg is forced to go to please her father. Before she leaves, Emma argues with her lover Owen who is a little jealous of his girlfriend going to the “city of love”. Once in Paris, the girls discover that their tour guide is the worst in Paris and the start of the trip is a complete failure. The three girls realise that they are not enjoying the city enough.
Because she looks like the twin sister of wealthy heiress Cordelia Winthrop Scott and Emma convinces her to take advantage of this, the three girls find themselves living the high life in Monte Carlo. Starring Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester, and Katie Cassidy.
