According to the fair’s official website:

“Eight amateur cooks will be able to demonstrate their talents in front of great chefs by producing three recipes (one per day) offered by the Monaco Goût et Saveurs Association, represented by Joël Garault, former starred chef of the Hôtel Hermitage’s Vistamar and Jury President.

The recipes will be revealed to the candidates on the day of the event. Each candidate will have a basket of fresh produce and a limited time to make the recipes. At the end of the first day, four candidates will be nominated to play in the semifinal on Saturday, November 24, where two candidates will be chosen to play the grand final of Sunday, November 25th.

The jury is composed of great chefs, M.O.F. (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) as well as non-professionals randomly selected from the public. Come and attend this first contest!”
